Expert Gardener Sun & Shade Grass Seed Mixture 20 lb. produces a thick green durable lawn that is tolerant of heat drought disease & traffic. This superior seed mixture includes a Triple Tech Coating to help establish your lawn. The Triple Tech Coating pulls needed water to the seed feeds to kickstart growth and shields against disease. This mix is specially formulated for the Southern U.S but does not contain Bermuda. Excellent for Full Sun to Partial Shade. This new 20# bag covers up to 6 600 sq. ft. Grasses grow best in fun sun to partial shade.
