Expert Gardener Sun & Shade Grass Seed Mixture produces a thick green durable lawn that is tolerant of heat drought disease & traffic. This superior seed mixture includes a Triple Tech Coating to help establish your lawn. The Triple Tech Coating pulls needed water to the seed feeds to kickstart growth and shields against disease. This mix is specially formulated for the Southern U.S but does not contain Bermuda. 3 lb bag covers up to 1 000 sq ft. Grasses grow best In full to partial sunlight conditions.
