OXO Rotary Grater

Grate the cheese you need and save the rest for later with the OXO SoftWorks Seal & Store Rotary Grater. Simply insert whole cheese, chocolate or nuts, close the barrel and turn the comfortable non-slip knob. Grate with the cap on to collect ingredients before serving, or slide the cap to remove it and grate directly onto a dish. An interior silicone seal keeps cheese from drying out, so you can leave it inside the BPA-free Grater when you’re finished. The knob adjusts to accommodate both right- and left-handed users. Dishwasher safe.
