Dandy Man Color Wheel from Proven Winners starts out as lipstick-red buds and open to reveal big, ruffled blooms with deep pink undersides and soft pink insides. The blooms age to a pure, clean white before falling off. As the plant goes through its late spring bloom period, you’ll see all 3 at once, making for a super colorful display. Handsome, leathery leaves carry it through the rest of the year. But it’s not just a pretty face – it also has excellent disease resistance and heat tolerance. May be pruned selectively as desired, but avoid regular pruning or cutting back. You may remove the spent blooms if you wish, but it is not necessary.
