It heats water only when it’s needed and has a 0.82 uniform energy factor. This compact tankless water heater may be eligible for local utility rebate programs. It comes with a remote digital thermostat that can be installed in almost any convenient area of the house. Plus, this is a smart model; built-in Wi-Fi Technology provides valuable alerts and control from anywhere with a smart phone. This heater’s direct-vent design requires category III stainless steel venting (purchased separately).
