For easiest maintenance possible, One-Touch? cleaning system blades at the bottom of the bowl sweep ashes into a removable enclosed ash catcher. A rust-resistant adjustable damper controls airflow into the grill to lower or raise cooking temperatures. A plated steel cooking grate is hinged for easy addition of charcoal while grilling.
